Lavix Community Outreach is an Arizona-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to community development and advancement. Serving Maricopa County, we work to address barriers to economic stability and opportunity through programs, resources, and partnerships that support economic advancement, youth development, and family stability.
Barriers to opportunity don't always look the same. For some, it's the challenge of maintaining financial stability despite working hard to make ends meet. For others, it's limited access to educational resources, meaningful connections, or experiences that support personal and economic growth.
Lavix Community Outreach exists to help address these barriers. We believe individuals and families deserve more than temporary solutions. They deserve access to resources, supportive programs, and opportunities that help them build stronger foundations and move toward lasting advancement.

Lavix Community Outreach began with a simple desire to serve.
What started through community giving and outreach has grown into a broader vision for addressing the challenges that affect the stability of individuals and families.
Through our early community efforts, we saw that helping families wasn't always about solving a major crisis. Sometimes the difference was having school supplies when household budgets were stretched, finding the right resource at the right time, or having someone willing to help close a relatively small gap.
Those experiences helped shape the next chapter of Lavix.
Today, our work is guided by three interconnected priorities: economic advancement, youth development, and family stability. As we grow, we remain committed to listening to the communities we serve, building meaningful partnerships, and developing programs that respond to real needs while creating opportunities for lasting progress.

Lavix Community Outreach serves individuals, youth, and families throughout Maricopa County who face barriers to economic stability, resources, and opportunities.
While our work places particular emphasis on challenges affecting Black and Brown communities and other populations experiencing documented disparities, we believe access to support and opportunity should be inclusive.
Our programs prioritize individuals and families experiencing meaningful barriers to advancement while welcoming participation from diverse backgrounds.
